All of our drivers are fully insured and your vehicle is always protected.
We put our drivers through rigorous vetting and training before they are able to drive your vehicle. All of our drivers must have at least 3 years of driving experience, hold a clean driver’s licence, be over the age of 21, capable of driving both manual and automatic vehicles and pass a criminal background check.
Your vehicle will be assigned to a driver who is responsible for collecting it from your home, delivering it to the garage and returning your vehicle once all work is completed.
Although it is not a legal requirement, servicing your car can offer many safety and financial benefits in the long run. You can catch any issues early so that it doesn’t effect the running of your car, but also find and fix any safety issues that may affect you later down the line.
Each car type is slightly different when deciding how often and when to service your car. We would suggest servicing your car ideally once a year, especially if it’s over 3 years old.
All parts used in repairs and services carried out by ourselves at Auto Service Repairs either come directly from the manufacturer themselves or are to an OEM standard. This guarantees that we only use the best quality parts in your vehicle. Alongside this we offer a 12-month warranty, meaning that rest assured should anything should go wrong with the parts or labour we’ll take care of it, free of charge.
A service is due either every 12 months or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first.
You can either look at your service book which will tell you the date it was last serviced and what mileage it was serviced at, or look back at invoices you have from your last service.
If it’s the first service since you bought the car, then look back at the invoice you have from buying the car to check the mileage. Or you can simply just book your first service for 12 months after you bought it.
If it’s a service, an MOT or something minor, 98% of the time work is completed the same day. If the garage requires an additional day with the car due to waiting for a part, we will always keep you updated.
